1. Services Provided
The following services are provided:

• English language lessons and tutoring (both online and face-to-face)

• Exam preparation and academic curriculum support

• Short courses in management, marketing, and sales

• Proofreading and copy-editing

• Translation services (Bulgarian ↔ English)

• Face-to-Face Interpretation

• Remote Interpretation (via telephone or online platforms)

All services are delivered subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

2. Booking and Payment

• Payment must be completed in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal.

• Prices are published on the official website or confirmed in writing.

• For interpretation services, a deposit may be required before a booking is confirmed.

• Late payments may result in service suspension and the application of late fees.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

• Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a cancellation fee may be charged or the payment forfeited.

• Refunds for prepaid services are granted only at the discretion of the service provider and generally only if services cannot be delivered as agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging in services, clients are expected to:

• Attend sessions punctually and prepared.

• Provide all materials necessary for successful service delivery, where requested.

• Maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times.

Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.

5. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

• All lesson materials, documents, and content created or shared during services remain the intellectual property of Lexi Lounge.

• Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials is prohibited without written permission.

• Translations, edits, and interpretations are provided exclusively for the private or institutional use of the client.

• Anonymised samples may be used for marketing or promotional purposes unless an objection is submitted in writing in advance.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• All personal, academic, and business information is treated as confidential.

• Client data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

7. Non-Working Periods
Service delivery is paused during the following periods:

• Official UK bank holidays

• Christmas and Easter holiday periods

• The month of July

8. Limitation of Liability

• No guarantee is provided regarding specific outcomes or results from services rendered.

• All services are used at the client’s own risk.

• Liability is not accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of any service.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time.
Significant changes shall be communicated in advance of implementation.
